1hr; An intense boot camp style class where every class is something different; incorporating high and low movements, plyometric for intermediate to advanced fitness levels. Prepare to sweat and push yourself to the next level! You never know what you’re going to get because it is a surprise every time and you’ll get a great workout for an entire hour!

WEIGHT-LIFTING
45min – 1hr; This is a strength training workout emphasizing toning & muscle definition with high reps; targeting every major muscle group.

POWER KICK
1hr; An action-packed workout that combines a series of punching and kicking combinations with some tough core work at the end! This class improves strength, muscle tone and endurance. It’s an intense workout for the participant who wants a challenge!

BODYWEIGHT CORE
45min – 1hr; In this class, we perform tasks in training that replicate the movements found in life; improve your core strength while increasing your heart rate.
