Lisa is a certified yoga instructor and has been practicing yoga since the late 1990’s. Like many people she started doing yoga for the physical benefits for her body. She quickly realized that practicing and studying yoga became a necessary part of her life to manage stress and to feel good!
Over the years, yoga has helped Lisa feel strong, flexible and emotionally balanced. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Therapeutic Approach Yoga Studio in Halifax and is currently studying to obtain her 500-hour certification.
