Personal Training

This is an ongoing service that is all about you and your fitness goals. We create you a custom routine, designed to meet your schedule, and is focused on your goals. Check-ins, re-assessments and sessions are booked based off client/coach availability, program design and desired frequency. At minimum, we have at least one session on a bi-weekly basis. This way we’re able to track your progress and discuss anything that may have been challenging for you, things that you excelled or had improvements in or re-adjust your goals/program for you! This service again, is ongoing as long as you are an active client.

50% deposit must be paid before or at your physical assessment session.
Cheque, cash, credit or e-transfers accepted.
Single person training sessions/assessments are billed at a rate of $43.50/hr +tax

Commit to Fit Package (Save 20%)
Personal Fitness Program, Physical Assessment + 16 (1hr) Sessions = $755.00
